Job summary

Crown-Staffing-Solutions-LL in Texas is seeking a Forklift Operator for a full-time warehouse role. This position uses sit-down, stand-up, reach, cherry picker, and pallet jack equipment to pick and stage items safely, load/unload, and deliver orders to the delivery platform in alignment with safety, security and productivity standards.

The job requires forklift/PIT experience or certification, RF scanners or WMS familiarity, and experience in manufacturing, distribution or logistics.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift or PIT operation experience and/or certification.
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow OSHA safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime as required.
• Drug screen required.

About the Role:

A Forklift Operator works in a warehouse setting using equipment to pick and stage items safely and correctly. Performs processes according to established documented procedures. Fills customer orders and delivers them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Ensure that all orders are complete and correct.
