Job summary

American Plastics, LLC is hiring for day and night shifts in Jefferson City, MO. Join a growing manufacturing team that prioritizes safety, training, and internal advancement.

As a forklift operator, you will load, unload, move finished goods, and keep a clean, safe workspace. Requirements include 18+ years, legal work eligibility in the USA, forklift experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs solo and 80 lbs with help, and pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
• Able to stand for extended periods; able to lift up to 40 lbs and team lift up to 80 lbs.
• Must communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, clean operation with zero accidents.
• Remove finished goods from conveyor and put into inventory.
• Load trucks with finished goods.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

Duties & Expectations on the Job:

• Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.
• Remove finished goods from conveyor belt and put into inventory.
• Load trucks with finished goods.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
