Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Forklift Operator for the first shift in a warehouse setting. You will operate forklifts and related equipment to move goods, use RF scanners for inventory tasks, and help maintain accurate stock levels while upholding safety and quality standards.

Expected duties include daily inspections, order picking, receiving, and shipping support, with a team-oriented mindset and reliable attendance to keep materials flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse.

• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems is a plus.

Forklift Operator

1st Shift | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
$17.75 per hour

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a steady first-shift opportunity? Join our team and play a key role in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently throughout our warehouse operation.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered industrial equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems for picking, receiving, put-away, and shipping activities.
• Accurately handle inventory while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report or complete minor maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and established work methods to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour
