Job Description

The Forklift Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and productivity within our organization. This position demands a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.

Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM. You may need to work on Fridays based on company needs.

1. Operate under the direct supervision of the Department Supervisor, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
2. Assign and direct workers in accordance with production volume requirements, cost constraints, and quality standards.
3. Ensure the timely achievement of production goals and adherence to delivery schedules.
4. Maintain operational excellence, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy.
5. Commit to workplace safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address production issues promptly.
7. Monitor and report on production metrics, and implement corrective actions for improvements.
8. Uphold professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications
