Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking Forklift and High Reach Forklift Operators to join their team. You will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient product handling and storage. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$18-$22/hr

What’s the Job?

1. Safely operate a forklift, including driving forward and backward, lifting, and lowering the boom while following safety regulations.
2. Manage racking systems, load and unload pallets, and optimize storage through vertical stacking.
3. Use electronic Warehouse Management Systems to track and control inventory.
4. Maintain a clean and organized storage area, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
5. Inspect incoming products for damage and sort inbound boxes by type.

What’s Needed?

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of forklift and/or High Reach forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
3. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
4. Strong work ethic and effective communication skills in English.
5. Ability to work in cold conditions ranging from -1°F to 45°F.
