Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to join the Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving team in East Manchester Township, PA. The role supports daily material movement, order fulfillment, and safe operations while maintaining an orderly workspace.

The ideal candidate communicates well, stays organized, and manages time effectively to keep orders moving in a structured, fast-paced setting. Training on RF tools and safety protocols is provided.

Qualifications

• Operate warehouse equipment with attention to detail.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, packing, order entry, and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial trucks or tractors to move materials within the warehouse or similar facility.
• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders for shipment.
• Receive and process incoming stock, pick and fill orders, and support packing and shipping.
• Regularly lift and move objects 25-70 lbs continuously and 10-50 lbs frequently.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with OSHA and SDS standards.

Job description

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving team supporting daily material movement, order fulfillment, and safe operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, solid organization, and reliable time management which will align successfully in the organization.

1st shift - 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Operate industrial trucks or tractors to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, factory, construction site, or similar environment.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the parcel delivery area.
• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, pick and fill orders from stock, and support packing and shipping.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 25-70 lbs continuously on conveyor rollers for shipment, and frequently lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat and orderly; wear proper safety equipment and comply with OSHA and SDS standards.

• Experience or comfort with shipping/receiving, packing, order picking, order entry, and inventory-related tasks.
• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members.

• Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
