Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Forklift Operator in Coraopolis, PA. The role runs on the 1st shift (7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday–Friday) with overtime available during busy seasons.

You will move inventory, operate forklifts and related equipment, track stock in the facility database, package and ship orders, and ensure quality and safety in a OSHA-compliant facility. Education required is a high school diploma or GED, plus English proficiency and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory: load/unload trucks, pull materials, and place arrivals in the correct bins.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and heavy machinery to transfer orders.
• Track stock by scanning or entering data into the facility computer database.
• Package and ship orders and prepare shipping paperwork.
• Quality check incoming and outgoing materials for damage and labeling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Move Inventory: Load/unload trucks, pull materials, and place arrivals in the correct bins.

• Operate Equipment: Safely use forklifts, overhead cranes, and heavy machinery to transfer orders.

• Package & Ship: Assemble customer orders and prepare shipping paperwork (UPS, LTL, Air).

• Quality Check: Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage and proper labeling.

• Maintain Safety: Keep the warehouse clean and report any workplace hazards immediately.
