Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move products.
• Pick, put away, and stage palletized inventory in elevated rack locations.
• Load and unload products from pallets, skids, and trailers.
• Use RF scanners to record product information, inventory counts, and locations.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and basic equipment checks.
• Maintain battery charging stations and equipment cleanliness.
• Follow safety policies in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements — Only those meeting these requirements will be considered:

• Previous stand-up reach forklift experience is required.

• Ability to work in freezer temperatures as low as -20°F while wearing company-provided freezer gear and PPE.

• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying noise levels.

• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed.

Pay

• 1st Shift: $20.50 per hour

• 3rd Shift: $22.50 per hour (includes $2.00 shift differential)

Employees hired permanently by Lineage earn:

• 1st Shift: $22.00 per hour

• 3rd Shift: $24.00 per hour (includes shift differential)

• Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (5 openings)

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1 opening)

3rd Shift

• Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (1 opening)

• Monday-Thursday | 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM (1 opening)

• Tuesday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM (1 opening)

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move products throughout the warehouse.

• Pick, put away, and stage palletized inventory in elevated rack locations.

• Load and unload products from pallets, skids, and trailers.

• Use RF scanners to accurately record product information, inventory counts, and locations.

• Complete daily forklift inspections and perform basic equipment checks.

• Maintain battery charging stations and equipment cleanliness.

• Follow all company safety policies while working in a temperature-controlled environment.

• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
