We are currently seeking a Full-Time Forklift Operator to join our Weekend team!

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Work schedule: Friday – Sunday, 6am-6pm, with a flexible schedule

WHAT WE SEEK:

• Forklift experience - 6 months to 1 year, including other Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

Role Purpose:

Our Forklift Operators move stock within our warehouse, loading and unloading shipments of various sizes using equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts, and electric pallet jacks. Our environment is team-oriented, fast-paced, and safety-focused. You will play an essential role in everyday life by ensuring products are moved efficiently and safely.

Key Accountabilities:

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using various forklifts or other power equipment (80% of shift)
• Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy of load count and type
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
• Verify load accuracy, check for damage, and report variances
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources
• Keep equipment and materials organized and in good condition
• Assist with physical inventories
• Conduct daily equipment inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Forklift operator certification or completion of a forklift training program within 30 days of employment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Six months warehouse experience preferred
• Six months forklift operation experience required
