Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Associate in West Memphis, AR. You\'ll safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, use RF scanners, and move/prepare products for shipping on a 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) with occasional overtime.

Requires a HS diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year forklift experience, English literacy, and ability to follow safety procedures. Training on 1st shift mornings for two weeks is provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

Location: West Memphis, AR

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM + Occasional overtime

Training Schedule: 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM for 2 weeks

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, walkie riders, stock pickers, or turret trucks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to learn and use warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Able to follow workplace instructions and safety procedures.
• Must successfully complete forklift (PIT) training.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material-handling machinery.
