Job summary

Adecco is hiring for a Forklift Driver in the United States. The role involves loading/unloading between dock and truck, moving and storing items, and preparing shipments.

The position is temp-to-hire with Monday–Friday hours and occasional Saturdays, offering growth through training and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifying candidates should have lift truck experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and at least a high school diploma or GED.

Title: Forklift Driver

Pay: DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday, sometimes Saturday

Temp-to-Hire

What you will do:

• Loading and unloading products accurately and safely between loading dock and truck.
• Efficiently move, stack and store products in appropriate storage locations.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Follow directions of leadership and respect all employees.
• Participate and engage fully in training experiences.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Have experience with and the ability to operate material handling equipment (minimum of 3 months lift truck experience is preferred).
• Capable of repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs. and able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Various tasks and duties may be assigned.
• Able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime.

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old to operate machinery.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Adecco US Foundation works with an organization to offer a High School Diploma program. It will be required to be hired by our client.
• One (1) year of practical experience driving a lift truck is preferred.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
