Sauder in Archbold, OH is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift roles in our Logistics/Order Fulfillment Department and for Forklift Operators. Responsibilities include processing daily workload, picking, labeling, loading, staging, inventory, dispatch, and supporting UPS and returns as required.

• Ability to work 1st shift hours (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) or 2nd shift hours (2:30 PM - 11 PM).

• Flexibility to cross-train across multiple driving roles and support other departmental needs.

PAY SUMMARY

This role typically starts at $18/hour, with consideration for experience or returning team members. 2nd shift includes $2 shift premium. We also offer two performance-based increases in the first year.
