UFP Industries, Inc is seeking a Forklift Operator II to load and unload material from trucks and rail cars, and to maintain accurate shipping records. The role requires moving materials between storage and work areas, breaking down packs and labeling for loading, and performing basic preventive maintenance.
A valid forklift license and 18+ age are required. Experience of 6 months to 1 year with forklifts or similar equipment is preferred, along with basic math and inventory knowledge.
Forklift Operator II is responsible for the loading and unloading of material on trucks and rail cars. Maintains correct paperwork and shipping and receiving records are required. Works under immediate supervision and relies on specific directions and instructions.

$21.00 - $23.00 an hour dependent on experience*
*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
