Ideal Tridon is seeking a Material Handler - Forklift Driver for 2nd and 3rd shifts at their Smyrna, TN location. Responsibilities include delivering parts, operating a counter balance forklift (after training), maintaining organization, and processing orders using RF scanners and shipping software.

The role requires 1–2 years forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1 year counter balance forklift experience or 1-2 years sit-down forklift with willingness to train.
• Minimum 1-2 years sit-down forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to and from assembly stations & in-process storage.
• Operate a counter balance forklift after training.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Process orders accurately using RF scanners & shipping software.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
