Job summary

Ideal Tridon is seeking a Material Handler in Smyrna, TN, to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of stand-up forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

You will deliver parts, operate forklifts, and use RF scanners and shipping software to process orders accurately. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule (1st shift 7:00am–3:00pm) and competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of stand-up forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to and from assembly stations & in-process storage.
• Operate stand-up forklifts (reach trucks, order pickers, counterbalances) safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Process orders accurately using RF scanners & shipping software.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
