Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a 2nd and 3rd Shift Material Handler to join our Wesanco team in Smyrna, TN. You will deliver parts, operate a forklift when trained, and help maintain a clean, organized work area.

We offer competitive pay at $20.00 per hour with shift differentials ($1.00 for 2nd, $1.50 for 3rd) and the possibility of overtime. Candidates should have forklift experience and high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sit-down forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1 year of counter balance forklift experience would be outstanding.
• High attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to and from assembly stations and in-process storage.
• Operate a forklift when trained and maintain a clean work area.
• Process orders with RF scanners and shipping software.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

We are seeking a 2nd and 3rd Shift Material Handler to join our team at Wesanco in Smyrna TN!

Schedule And Shift

• 2nd 3:30pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday
• 3rd 11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday - Thursday

Hourly Pay Rate $20.00

• 2nd shift includes $ 1.00 shift differential
• 3rd shift includes $1.50 shift differential

Work Schedule: **Must be open to working Saturdays (same scheduled time as above) and OT as necessary**
Job Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to and from assembly stations & in-process storage.
• Operate a counter balance forklift will be a requirement once trained.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Process orders accurately using RF scanners & shipping software.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• 1 year experience of counter balance forklift would be outstanding! If not, 1-2 years of sit-down forklift experience and willingness to train is MANDATORY to learn counterbalance forklift.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sit-down forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Loading flatbeds with the correct product and adhering to the truck driver's guidelines.
• Checking product thoroughly to make sure the correct product and amount is being picked before loading or restocking in the warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail & inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
