Job summary

Stratas Foods in Nashville, TN is seeking a skilled Material Handler/Forklift Operator for a 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.). The role involves operating a sit-down forklift, using RF scanners for inventory activities, and supporting loading, unloading, and shipping tasks.

Training may occur on 1st or 2nd shift and overtime may be required. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of forklift experience, proficiency with RF scanners and WMS, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years forklift operator experience.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse systems (WMS).
• Ability to work overtime and third shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift to move products and materials.
• Use RF scanners to scan, put away, receive, pick, and ship inventory.
• Load and unload trailers, stage materials, and transport goods within the warehouse.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow warehouse protocols.
