Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Connecticut is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move products within the distribution center and support accurate inventory flow.

You will operate high-reach and counterbalance equipment, use an RF scanner, and work with Manhattan WMS while following PPE and safety procedures. 7am-7pm shifts apply; stay flexible to cover the team as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year of relevant experience if no diploma.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification quickly and safely.
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Transport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away, bulk and pallet pick, load, replenishment).
• Operate material handling equipment including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.
• Use RF scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products.
• Ensure product integrity while performing all tasks.
• Follow site safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Job Summary: The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate movement of products within the distribution center.

Job Responsibilities (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Transport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment)
• Operate material handling equipment, including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.
• Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site.
• Ensure product integrity while performing all tasks.
• Follow site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes).
• Cross train and become knowledgeable in other areas. Provide backup support when required. Education and

Experience

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.
• Intermediate experience with either a high reach or counterbalance required.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS, preferred.
