Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions in Redlands, CA is seeking a motivated Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator for a full-time, on-site role. You will move product within the distribution center using an RF scanner and a WMS to ensure accurate inventory while following safety procedures.

The contract position may convert to permanent based on attendance and performance; benefits after probation and a stable evening shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Stand-Up Reach forklift experience required.
• Read and interpret distribution documents in English.
• Able to operate RF scanner and basic computer systems.
• Mandatory attendance during first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload inbound and outbound shipments using the WMS.
• Locate and replenish picking locations as needed.
• Track product movement with RF scanner/WMS to keep inventory accurate.
• Report inventory or shipping/receiving discrepancies promptly.
• Handle pallets safely to prevent damage.
• Cross-train in other warehouse areas as needed.
