Job summary

Hirebridge in Memphis, TN is looking for a capable forklift operator to move base materials, production supplies, and finished goods within our warehouse and loading areas. You will load and unload from trailers, transport items to storage and staging areas, and ensure accurate labeling and paperwork.

You will also conduct inventory tasks, operate a computer and scanner, maintain pallets and shelving, and handle shipping documents such as bills of lading.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience
• Inventory control experience
• Shipping paperwork familiarity

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial forklift to move base materials, production supplies, and finished goods.
• Load and unload from trailers, transport goods to warehouse or holding area.
• Determine product code, quantity, destination for shipments and coordinate partial shipments if needed.
• Breakdown pallets per customer specifications and apply shipping labels.
• Process TPW and SAP orders and transfer product to the appropriate facility.
• Maintain inventory records and weekly inventories of FG and materials.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; maintain shelves and storage.
• Maintain forklift batteries and charging station; operate computer and scanner.
