Job summary

CANPACK Group is seeking a Forklift Lead to support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations and lead the team on the floor. This role requires forklift operation, safety awareness, and strong English communication to coordinate with drivers and production.

You will oversee inventory, perform pre‑use checks, and ensure accurate data in SAP while maintaining compliance with GMP/BRC standards. This is an on‑site role in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift is required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Basic working knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Office, SAP.
• Ability to function both independently and as part of a team; adaptable and growth‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with stock levels and daily duties.
• Provide team with information and tools to perform duties.
• Oversee tasks and provide hands‑on assistance as needed.
• Record pre‑use checks in system or vehicle logbook.
• Check delivered quantities and condition of goods; record data accurately.
• Unload goods and stack to assigned locations using FLT.
• Use SAP RFID scanning system correctly to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate RF monitors and ensure they are in good working order.
• Transport materials to production following FIFO procedures.
• Assist with stock takes and packaging material selection.
• Assist with CP system audits and internal operations.
