Job summary

Performance Team is hiring for a warehouse role in the United States. The position involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials within a busy warehouse environment. You will lead a team of 10+ employees, read schedules and orders, and safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and distributes materials within warehouse.
• Leads a group of 10+ employees in warehouse operations.
• Reads production schedules, orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Safely operate forklift and pallet jacks.
• Follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure safety per TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Conveys materials from receiving to storage or production areas.
• Sorts materials by size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Contribute to packing, shipping, and distribution as needed.
