Job summary

CANPACK Group is seeking an Industrial Forklift Operator in the United States to unload and load inbound/outbound products, move and count goods, and ensure accurate inventory using SAP RFID systems. The role requires 2+ years of forklift experience, the ability to operate a forklift, and basic math and English literacy.

Responsibilities include recording pre-use checks, loading/unloading, and ensuring pallets are secured for transit while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years forklift experience; propane, gas, or diesel preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift and read/write English.
• Basic math skills; basic computer literacy including SAP.

Responsibilities

• Unload goods and load using forklift; inspect and log pre-use checks.
• Move stock within the warehouse; ensure items are properly stacked and labeled.
• Record quantities and conditions; follow FIFO and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams; use SAP RFID for inventory accuracy.
• Ensure pallets are secured for transit and comply with safety regulations.
• Perform general warehouse duties when the forklift is not in use.
