Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Mesa, AZ. The role supports logistics and production by moving, storing, and preparing materials, supplies, and finished goods to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will handle inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shipping/receiving tasks, while operating forklifts and company vehicles. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in line with KAITEKI values.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Previous inventory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding quality policies and procedures.
• Experience driving flatbed truck/sprinter delivery van preferred.
• Driving record in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Issuing, Returning, and Salvaging processes for seven departments.
• Material movements throughout the plant (e.g., scraps and packaging).
• Preparing pallets to ship out and for storage.
• Managing and preparing items for recycling.
• Conducting Cycle Counts and self-audits.
• Loading/unloading deliveries and forklift operations.
• Maintain supplies for all departments.
