Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Material Handler to support logistics and production by moving, storing, and preparing materials, supplies, and finished goods.

You will operate forklifts, assist with loading and unloading deliveries, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while contributing to continuous improvement and KAITEKI values.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Windows proficiency and basic technical skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous inventory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are expected.
• Understanding quality policies and procedures.
• Valid driving record is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Issue, return, and salvage materials across seven departments.
• Move materials throughout the plant including chips, scraps, and packaging.
• Prepare pallets for shipping and storage.
• Manage and prepare items for recycling.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Complete self-audits and assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
• Operate forklifts and drive company vehicles for deliveries.
• Maintain adequate packaging supplies and notify maintenance when needed.
• Follow safety instructions and keep work area clean.
