Job summary

Concentric, LLC is seeking a Forklift Technician in Wisconsin to perform routine maintenance on forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, and related mobile equipment. You will troubleshoot failures, perform root-cause analysis, and complete repairs following manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities include accurate work-order completion, time entry in Paylocity, and adherence to safety protocols. The role supports our customers at client facilities with a focus on uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Experience as a material handling equipment mechanic.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and across remote offices.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook and Word and Web Based Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Complete repairs of equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Consider costs and benefits of actions to choose the best course.
• Inspect equipment audits per the PM Planning tools.
• Provide information to supervisor and teammates by phone, email, or in person.
• Accurately complete work orders and service records per time standards.
• Enter work hours in Paylocity timekeeping.
• Adhere to safety requirements and keep work areas clean.
• Complete Safety training modules and other duties as assigned.
