Job summary

Concentric is seeking an On‑Site Forklift Technician to perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers and golf carts. Must bring own tools and follow safety standards while servicing customer facilities across the region.

The role requires high school diploma or GED and experience as a material handling equipment mechanic, with strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work independently.”

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Experience as a material handling equipment mechanic preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize own work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and remote offices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word and Web Based Reporting Modules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment (forklifts, tuggers, scissor lifts, etc.).
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root-cause analyses.
• Complete repairs per manufacturer guidelines and time standards.
• Record hours and service notes accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with supervisor and colleagues via phone, email, or in person.
