Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Experience as a material handling equipment mechanic.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize own work and work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and across remote offices.
• Ability to articulate ideas to customers and listen effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures with root cause analysis.
• Complete repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and perform audits per PM schedule.
• Record work hours and complete service records.
• Communicate with supervisor, co-workers by phone, email or in person.
• Timely completion of work orders per Concentric standards.
• Adhere to Paylocity timekeeping for hours worked.
