Job summary

Concentric, LLC, the nation's largest independent industrial power provider, seeks a Forklift Technician in Wisconsin to perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, and related equipment at customer sites. You will troubleshoot failures, perform repairs following manufacturer guidelines, and document work orders with precision.

The role requires at least 5 years in electric forklift repair, willingness to travel, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in electric forklift repair.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical repair skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must meet physical requirements (lift up to 50 pounds).
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, including root cause analysis with warranty considerations.
• Complete all repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Judgment and decision making to choose best course of action.
• Inspect equipment per PM planning tools schedule.
• Communicate with supervisor and coworkers via phone, email, or in person.
• Timely completion of work orders and service records per time standard.
• Enter work hours accurately in Paylocity timekeeping.
