Job summary

LiftOne, part of the Weisiger Group, is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites. You will work independently, travel locally, and help keep businesses productive by ensuring equipment uptime.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in material handling or related mechanical fields, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in material handling, automotive, diesel, military, or heavy equipment mechanics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Safety-first mindset and adherence to safety protocols.
• Experience with ServiceMax or similar CMMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment (gas, diesel, LP, and electric).
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate with customers using the work order system.
• Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Represent LiftOne with professionalism and pride in every customer interaction.
