Job summary

Associated is hiring a Forklift Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service to customers. You will troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues, install equipment, and perform repairs and preventive maintenance according to customer requirements.

The position requires reading schematics and manuals, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and material handling equipment, plus a high school diploma/GED and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Technical proficiency: reading schematics, maps, blueprints, manuals; knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, completing installations, and performing both unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance based on customer requirements.
• Problem Analysis and Resolutions: Analyzing breakdown situations, recommending corrective actions to customers, and executing repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrating professionalism and fostering positive relationships with customers while delivering superior customer service.
