Job summary

Associated is seeking a Forklift Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service. The role includes flexible work options (4x10 or 5x8), paid travel time after the first 30 minutes, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience in a similar environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read schematics, maps, blueprints and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repair: diagnose electro-mechanical issues, install and maintain equipment as required.
• Problem analysis and resolutions: analyze breakdowns, recommend corrective actions, and perform repairs.
• Customer service excellence: maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.
