Job summary

Associated is seeking a Forklift Field Service Technician in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, installations, and both unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance for our customers.

You will leverage your mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic know-how, read schematics and manuals, and ensure safe operation with a valid drivers license. A company van and tools are provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 years of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience in a similar environment or equivalent vocational education.
• Ability to read schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
• Valid driver7s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Repair: diagnose electro-mechanical issues, install and perform unscheduled repairs or scheduled maintenance.
• Problem Analysis and Resolutions: analyze breakdowns, recommend corrective actions and execute repairs.
• Customer Service Excellence: maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.
