Job summary

Weisiger Group, through LiftOne, is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and related equipment at customer sites. The role involves independent field work, local travel, and delivering hands-on technical service to help customers stay productive.

Ideal candidates have backgrounds in automotive, diesel, or military with strong mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in material handling or related automotive/mechanical fields.
• Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Experience with ServiceMax or similar CMMS preferred.
• Safety-first mindset and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Document work and communicate with customers using our work order system.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Represent LiftOne with professionalism in customer interactions.
