Job summary

Integrated-Distribution-Systems-Inc is seeking a skilled Forklift and Facility Maintenance professional to support building operations across multiple facilities. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on powered industrial equipment, performing carpentry and basic plumbing, and executing monthly preventative maintenance in assigned areas.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of forklift maintenance experience and 2+ years in facility maintenance,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience performing general maintenance and repairs on forklifts.
2+ years related facility maintenance experience.
Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fabrication, machining, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC knowledge.
Basic computer skills for researching needed parts & supply orders.
Welding experience.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Performs general maintenance and repairs on equipment, fixtures, systems, and facilities in support of overall building operations.
Ability to diagnose and perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on a variety of powered industrial equipment.
General carpentry and repair of facility structures as well as minor plumbing work.
Perform monthly preventative maintenance visits for each assigned area.
Order materials, update and/or create work orders and provide status updates.
Maintain fleet of 70+ electric forklifts.
Coordinate with vendors to schedule maintenance work.
Other related duties as assigned.
