Adecco is hiring immediately for Forklift Drivers in Joplin, Missouri. You will operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials while supporting production and distribution in a fast-paced warehouse. Earn $16.75–$18.75 per hour with comprehensive benefits and potential overtime opportunities.

Schedule includes 12-hour rotating shifts with Day at $17.75/hour and Night at $18.75/hour. Valid license, background/drug screenings, and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug).
• Ability to pass forklift assessment test.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and material handling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Team-oriented work approach.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Stage materials for shipping, receiving, storage, and production needs.
• Efficiently stack and store products in designated locations.
• Complete inventory and material handling tasks as assigned.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Are you safety-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment? In this role, you will operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the warehouse while supporting production and distribution operations safely and efficiently.

Schedule:

• 12-hour rotating shifts

• Day Shift: $ 17.75/hour

• Night Shift: $ 18.75/hour

• Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs

Requirements:

Pay Details:

$17.75 to $18.75 per hour
