This role is based at our Distribution Center in Hebron, KY, and involves managing the flow of materials, reagents, instruments, and equipment, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, verifying order accuracy.
• Completing documentation, reconciling inventory, and performing cycle counts.
• Operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
• Supporting organizational improvements like lean and quality initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per shift.
• Physical ability to push, pull, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Repetitive hand movements and ability to operate powered equipment.
• Exposure to cold environments and use of PPE.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft applications, and working in fast-paced teams.
