Job summary

XGS is seeking warehouse dockworkers to load and unload freight by hand or with pallet jacks and forklifts, sort products, and ensure trailers are loaded accurately. You will use barcode scanners and help keep the dock neat and orderly.

The schedule is Monday–Friday starting at 10 AM, with an hourly rate of $20.97. Candidates should have at least 6 months of warehouse or fulfillment experience, read work orders, and maintain strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in warehousing or fulfillment.
• Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Offload delivery trucks and unload freight into the warehouse.
• Load/unload by hand or using lift trucks, pallet jacks, or side carts.
• Use scanners to read barcodes and verify destinations.
• Receive and store inventory, update records, and ensure proper labeling.
• Inspect for damage and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Report discrepancies and assist with dock cleanliness.
