Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in warehousing or fulfillment
• Experience as a fulfillment associate preferred
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret written work orders
• Strong attention to detail
• 18 years old or older
• Meets minimum hiring criteria

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks into the warehouse
• Load or unload by hand or with lift truck, pallet jack, or side cart
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• Scan freight barcodes and route to correct destination
• Receive and put away inventory
• Verify shipping information matches work orders
• Attach barcodes to freight for tracking
• Finalize work orders and update the database
• Inspect merchandise for damage and quality
• Sort freight by destination
• Dock area cleanup
• May perform other duties as assigned by management
