Job summary

XGS is seeking a warehouse dockworker in California to load and unload freight by hand or with a pallet jack or forklift, sort product, and keep the dock neat and orderly. A barcode scanner is used to track movements and ensure accuracy. Schedule is Monday through Friday with a 6 AM start.

Pay is $21.58 hourly. Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience, be able to read work orders, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience
• Previous experience as a fulfillment associate
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret written work orders
• 18 years old
• Meet minimum hiring criteria

Responsibilities

• Offloading delivery trucks and moving merchandise in the warehouse.
• Read barcodes with scanners and ensure correct destination labeling.
• Receive and store inventory; verify information matches work orders.
• Inspect items for damage and ensure quality standards.
• Dock cleanup and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
