Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is hiring a Depalletizer and Forklift Operator for our Hendersonville, NC location. You will operate forklifts, load/unload, and manage depalletizer settings to support production lines.

The ideal candidate has at least six months of manufacturing forklift experience, strong communication skills, and a safety‑driven mindset aligned with SQF requirements. We offer robust benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating forklift and production equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Strong time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to stack, retrieve, load and unload materials and trailers.
• Operate depalletizer and adjust settings to meet KPIs and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Record pertinent information in Excel and coordinate with team members.
• Adhere to all safety, lock-out/tag-out, food safety and SQF requirements.
