Qualifications

• At least six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating a forklift and other production equipment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to stack and retrieve goods, supplies, and materials
• Maintain inventory and ensure production area cleanliness
• Document and maintain inventory records
• Set up and operate palletizer, stretch wrap machine, and related equipment
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks per specification
• Follow safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices
• Understand and operate machine controls (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)
• Perform code changes and monitor palletizer pattern formation
• Change rolls of stretch wrap and clear jams
• Coordinate with line driver for correct pallets
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating the palletizer and HMIs
• Adhere to safety and SQF requirements and notify management of issues
