Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is seeking a Forklift and Palletizer Operator for our Hendersonville, NC facility. The role involves operating the palletizer and forklift on assigned lines in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Candidate must have forklift training and mechanical aptitude, plus strong time management and safety compliance. Work includes maintaining inventory, setting up equipment, and ensuring food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating a forklift and other production equipment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to stack and retrieve goods, supplies, and materials.
• Maintain inventory and keep production area clean.
• Document and maintain inventory records.
• Set-up and operate palletizer, stretch wrap machine, and related equipment.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and timely.
• Follow safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
