Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is hiring a Clerk, NC Receiving & Stager for our Hendersonville, NC location. The role focuses on receiving concentrates and DRPs, staging shipments, and ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and FEFO inventory control.

The position requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and compliance with SQF and food safety standards. Training and safety procedures are provided in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Detail oriented with good time management and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw material ingredients and verify paperwork against PO and supplier items.
• Use QAD.net for receiving purchase orders after verifications.
• Print and tag with correct labels for various ingredient types (Co-Pack, Sensitive, Organic).
• Handle, store, and rotate inventory to ensure FEFO and maintain cleanliness.
