Job summary

San Bernardino County seeks Store Specialists to plan, organize, and manage warehouse operations for a major facility segment. You will receive, inspect, and stock supplies, verify shipping documents, process invoices, and coordinate deliveries with vendors and departments.

The ideal candidate has two years of full-time warehouse experience, OSHA forklift certification, and may have supervisory experience. Candidates with automated inventory system experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time warehouse experience performing receiving, storing, issuing, or inventorying materials.
• OSHA certification for power lifting devices (forklift) is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties as required.
• Experience implementing or using automated inventory systems is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and maintain warehouse operations for a major segment of the facility.
• Order, receive, and inspect supplies, materials, parts, equipment, and furniture.
• Review and verify accuracy of shipping documents and process invoices for stock.
• Coordinate with vendors and departments to order and deliver parts and items.
• Operate material handling equipment and perform periodic inventory.
• Maintain and update inventory systems.
