Job summary

SPI is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store, and distribute inventory. The role supports daily facility operations and requires safe forklift use, inventory accuracy, and physical endurance.

You will cycle count, secure loads, and perform tasks for extended shifts, with occasional local travel. A valid driver’s license and basic math skills are needed; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory and store items in an orderly way, reporting defects.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage.
• Stand and perform tasks for up to 12 hours with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
