Job summary

ThinkGrow is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in California to support warehouse and retail teams, manage inventory, and ensure accurate shipping and receiving. You will operate forklifts, a box truck, and a WMS to maintain safety and efficiency.

You should have 2+ years of relevant experience, a CA driver license, and forklift certification. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and strong communication with vendors and management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years warehouse/distribution/inventory-control experience.
• WMS experience; Fishbowl Inventory preferred.
• Stand-up reach lift and sit-down forklift experience required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Valid California Driver's License and clean MVR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stocks and maintains a secure, orderly warehouse under guidance of Warehouse Manager and team.
• Manages inventory levels; supports cycle count accuracy and discrepancy research.
• Picks, packs, stages, and transfers materials to meet shipping, production, retail, and operational needs.
• Loads and unloads trucks with forklift or manually as needed.
• Operates sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach lifts per safety requirements.
• Operates a company box truck for local pickups, deliveries, and transfers.
• Verifies freight against documentation and reports discrepancies or damage.
• Maintains auditable records: packing slips, pick lists, transactions, job close-out, safety docs.
• Maintains inventory transactions in WMS; Fishbowl Inventory experience preferred.
• Keeps a clean, safe workplace; ensures proper handling and storage.
• Maintains safety and hazmat records; ensures compliance with standards.
• Ensures forklift/moving equipment compliance and reports maintenance needs.
• Performs other duties and upholds ThinkGrow's Core Values.
