Job summary

Mountain High Appliance in Denver, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, staging, and delivery preparation. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring safety-minded individuals who can lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift certification or forklift experience; certification due within 30 days of hire if not already held.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds; heavier items moved as a team with safety equipment.
• Strong safety mindset – follow procedures and PPE requirements.
• Reliable and punctual; the warehouse team depends on you.
• Attention to detail; accuracy in receiving, staging, and inventory matters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Comfortable with change and able to adapt as operations grow.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move, stage, and store appliances throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers; receive inbound shipments and stage outbound orders.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders; document discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory by storing products in correct locations and properly labeling them.
• Prepare orders for delivery/installation; pull, stage, and verify items before shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures on every task.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies to supervisor.
• Collaborate with purchasing and delivery/installation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
