Job summary

Mountainy is seeking dependable Receiving & Offloading Warehouse Associates to support inbound operations. You will unload shipments, receive inventory, and organize products while safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and attention to inventory details in a fast-paced 3PL environment. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on-site in a daylight or evening shift.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift operation is required or must be demonstrated safe operation.
• Experience operating manual and/or electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout shift.
• Attention to detail with counting and inventory locations.
• Ability to follow instructions and warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Offload incoming trucks, trailers, and palletized shipments.
• Receive inbound inventory and verify against shipment docs.
• Move pallets and inventory safely throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Break down, sort, stage, and organize shipments.
• Inspect inbound products for damage or discrepancies.
• Count and verify inventory accurately.
• Label, scan, and prepare received inventory for put-away.
• Place inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain clean and organized receiving docks and workspaces.
• Follow safety procedures and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when receiving work is complete.
• Meet daily receiving goals as part of Mountainy team.
