Job summary

Würth Industry in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform essential distribution tasks with accuracy and safety. You will handle receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping, and support inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of material handling experience, forklift certification, and ability to lift up to 80 pounds. The role offers a 6:30am–3:30pm schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker or hand truck and maintain forklift certification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software or Integrated Logistics Solutions is a plus.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment independently or in a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and stand/walk 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping.
• Receive and unload incoming freight; visually verify parts and condition.
• Verify product quantities and proper stocking processes; handle overstock.
• Prioritize and fill orders using warehouse equipment; route to processing areas.
• Safely pick and package products with accurate labeling for shipping.
• Verify shipping orders against slips and prepare for distribution.
• Communicate and resolve issues like damages or inventory inaccuracies.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• All other duties as assigned.
